Catalyst Paper Corp. - developed a SharePoint "Training Centre" site, helped manage, train and run in-sourced helpdesk using Namura Track-It, admin LMS system, Traccess, provided classroom, one-on-one, and web based training to various divisions using Net Meeting and WebEx, creation of various online training videos using Adobe Captivate.

I have been working full-time for Catalyst Paper Corp. for the last 5 years, training in various computer labs in the different divisions. Most recently, I have been training employees remotely, with WebEx and Net Meeting, to reach out to all divisions and satelite offices, saving the company travel and hotel costs as well as improving the employee efficiency in various applications. I also setup a SharePoint site "The Learning Centre" and developed content, guides, tip sheets to have users help and train themselves

Prior to this, I was consulting for 5 years with Catalyst Paper Corp., North Island College and Malaspina College, training people in various applications and working on various database projects.
